The Second & Delaware structure is a 100% thermally broken loft development project.  The four towers of the 7-story building are constructed using CEO Structural Engineer's innovative concrete pan-beam system supporting 16" thick multi-wythe insulated precast concrete sandwich walls.  When complete, the 278 unit loft community is designed to consume up to 90% less energy than similarly sized commercial buildings and will comport with the Passivhaus Institute standards for sustainable architecture and extreme energy conservation.  Opening Fall, 2020
